I was trying to write something smooth for our 8th mensiversary. Then I thought about you reading it and immediately wanted to delete the first line. So you are getting me without the cool boyfriend act.

I like you enough to let you see me get things wrong. That is a big deal for someone who wants to look good in front of you. You can tell me when something bothers you. I would rather have an awkward conversation than have you pretend you are okay for my sake.

You do not owe me a perfect mood just because we are dating. You can need space. You can disagree with me. I want you to be able to say what you mean without wondering if it will turn into a whole thing. I can handle being corrected by my boyfriend.

Also I fully plan to be annoying about taking pictures with you. We need evidence that I looked this good next to someone this cute. You can pick the better photo but I get to keep the blurry one too.
